Raw Materials

Made with fermentation technique from hyaluronic acid dry powder which cross links with cross linking agents under alkaline condition followed by processes of phosphate buffer solution dialysis.

Filling

Screening filling and sterilization preparation. German-made Inova high viscosity filling machines are used with vacuum filling and vacuum plugging features eliminating bubbling problems faced by regular products.

Sterilization

Sweden-made Getinge sterilization cabinets are also used for professional pre-filling syringe sterilization that compared with traditional techniques. We has a 1,000 times higher sterilization assurance level as 10^-6.

Labeling

Using the rotary rod labeling machine which combines labeling with pushing rod.

Packaging

The full-automatic packaging process greatly enhance productivity.
