On the afternoon of September 20, the all-staff fire drill was successfully held at Singclean Medical company headquarters. The purpose of this exercise is to improve the fire response capability of employees, ensure safe evacuation and effective communication in case of emergency.
The drill began at 4 p.m., and once an alarm bell sounded, employees in all departments had to evacuate quickly and in an orderly manner to simulate an evacuation in a real fire.
The entrance to the lobby on the first floor became a meeting place for employees. Here, employees are required to keep the scene quiet, and only the sound of roll call can break the silence to ensure the accuracy of roll call. The group leader will be responsible for the roll call, and can line up the group members together for counting. After the roll call is completed, the results will be aggregated by the facilitator and reported to the commander.
In the exercise, special emphasis was placed on the orderiness and safety of evacuation. Employees were asked to evacuate in an organized manner in order to avoid crowding and stampedes. The exercise aims to enhance fire awareness among employees and improve their readiness and collaboration in responding to fire emergencies.
The management of the company is grateful to the employees for their active participation and compliance with safety regulations. They stressed the importance of this type of exercise to ensure employee safety and improve fire response capabilities.
This all-personnel fire drill is not only a safety measure for the company, but also a key measure to prevent fire risks. Through such practices, the company hopes to further ensure the safety and well-being of its employees and provide optimal preparation for disaster events.
Thank all of our employees for their active participation and cooperation to ensure that our work environment is safer.
